BEST; Herbert passed away on 23rd January, 2017. Son of the late Fitz and Florence Best. Brother of the late Iclyin, Myra, Iris, Beryl and Carlton Best. Husband of Laura & Jean Best. Father of Carlton, Angela, Helen, Merle, Joyce and Nicholas. Grandfather of Judy, Kevin, Brent, Nichola, Nicolsha and six others. Great Grandfather of 15. Uncle of Dianne, Godfrey, Esther, Ashley, David, Elton, Quintin, Carla, Fitzroy, Jan, Judy and the Fullertons, Avis Best, Annette Wong, Vernon and Roderick Toussaint and many others. Great uncle of many. Father-in-law of Irving Berkel and the late Emmanuel Singh. Friend of many. Funeral at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday 2nd February, 2017 at Clark and Battoo’s Chapel, 11 Tragarete Road, Port of Spain thence to the Woodbrook Cemetery, Mucurapo Road.
