George Matthew of Jasper Avenue, Diamond Vale, Diego Martin departed this life on Tuesday 26th February, 2019.

Husband of Phyllis Matthew (deceased) and Violet Knox-Matthew. Father of Brent Matthew. Brother of Gloria, Umilta, Garnet (all deceased) and Roger Matthew. Father-in-Law of Kathy-Ann Jeet Matthew. Step-Father of Keitha Knox-Bailey (Clifford), Anthony (Keri). Adopted Grandfather of Michael and Samantha. Brother-in-Law of Glenda Matthew and Lenny Diaz (deceased). Uncle of Gina and Ramon Matthew, Gale Tager, Gary Diaz, Sharon Lange (deceased), Lisa Lashley, Larry and Tenecia Fournillier. Relative of the Valentines, Cadets, Corbies, Sobions. Friend of many in Maraval, Diego Martin West Lions Club and Lions Clubs International, Invaders Steel Orchestra, Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board, Tennis Association of Trinidad and Tobago, Shell/Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited.

Funeral service for the late George Matthew takes place on Wednesday 6th March, 2019 at Church of the Nativity Roman Catholic Church, Crystal Stream Avenue, Petit Valley at 9:30am followed by Cremation at the St James Crematorium, St. James, Port Of Spain.
