Margaret Farah, well known as Kay Farah was born in POS Trinidad to the late Maria Edna Nysus and Francis Horace Nysus. She was the second eldest of six children: Barbara Bailey, Mervyn Nysus, Gloria Smith, Francis Selwyn Nysus and Winnifred Johnston..

She led a life whose foundation was built on the Catholic faith and she inspired those around her to pray. She was a caretaker in every way and Kay valued family and family traditions, she loved gardening and was charitable in many ways, as she was a huge advocate of giving back to those in need.

Kay is survived by her husband of 44 years Abraham ‘Abre’ Farah; her children Rachael Farah-Abraham, Robert Farah; her siblings, her son in law Emile Abraham and numerous nieces and nephews Ricardo, Sophia, Michael, Andrew, Karen, Journey, Noah, Maria, Kurt, Alana, Yasmin, Victoria, Clarence, Joseph, Kurt, Esteban, Gabriella, and Flint (deceased).

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday 30th January, 8:30am, at the Church of the Assumption, Maraval. This will be followed by cremation at the St James Crematorium, Long Circular Road St James. We will have a collection to honor her memory and donate all proceeds to a charity she supported.
